How much does an online dermatology visit cost?

How quickly will I hear back from a provider?
Most dermatology visits are reviewed and returned with a personalized treatment plan within 72 hours, often much sooner.
Is a video consultation required in my state?
In most states our dermatology visits are photo-based — you upload images and a licensed provider reviews them asynchronously. However, state law in Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), Iowa (IA), Idaho (ID), and Indiana (IN) requires a live video consultation with the provider before a treatment plan can be issued. If you reside in one of these states, your visit will include a brief scheduled video call instead of a photo-only review.
What conditions can you treat online?
We treat most common skin and hair concerns including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, hair loss, fungal infections, cold sores, warts, dandruff and more. For urgent or complex cases we will refer you to in-person care.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes. When clinically appropriate, our providers can prescribe topical creams, oral medications, and specialty dermatology treatments and send them to your pharmacy of choice.
Do I need insurance?
No insurance required. You pay $89 per consultation and choose your own pharmacy.
